1. The registration form consists of two parts - the first page is for your name and company detrails.

 

2. Once this page has been completed and submitted a second page will open automatically. Here you can select your "Site EMEA Forum 2012" participation rate (Site Member, Non-Member, Student / Partner / Spouse - see table of rates below).

 

3. Once payment has been received you will receive written confirmation by e-mail.

 

4. The confirmation mail contains your personal code to access the Lufthansa "Site EMEA Forum 2012" flight booking platform. A link to this may be found on the "Site EMEA Forum LH Flights" page.

 

5. Your hotel accommodation  may be booked by clicking the link on the "Site EMEA Forum 2012 - Hotel" page.

 

6. When booking your flights and accommodation please ensure that you arrive in Bertlin in plenty of time for the Pre- and Post-tours and for the beginning of the "Site EMEA Forum 2012"  programme at MIdday  on Monday, 18th June 2012.

    

7. Participation rates per person as listed below do not include German VAT @ 19%.
